Our Journey So Far

2020

STAFFO. THE IDEA WAS CONCEIVED

During the COVID-19 pandemic, essential service industries started facing staffing shortages due to limited mobility of personnel. The non essential sector was closing and a need to match job demand to labor supply arose. Hence the conception - the idea behind STAFFO.

2021

THE FIRST LINKS MADE

The idea began to take shape and we were able to start linking job seekers with employers on a trial basis to test the execution. It worked!
